With over 28 years of leadership spanning AI applications, land development, and energy solution delivery. Before co‑founding MangoBytes, he served as Vice President of SaaS Services at Blue Yonder. Kamalakar holds a Master's degree from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree from IIT Madras.
Senior upstream oil and gas executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth through business development, acquisitions, and capital formation. He has successfully sourced and executed complex asset and M&A transactions for public and private operators, private equity firms, and family offices across major U.S. basins. Currently Director of Business Development at Texian Operating Company, he is a trusted advisor to leadership teams, known for relationship‑driven execution, disciplined deal making, and translating strategy into measurable results.
As Director of Microsoft’s Innovation Hub in Houston, Josh works at the frontier of what enterprise AI, cloud, and digital platforms can do — partnering with organizations to move from vision to execution faster than they thought possible. His passion is working with ambitious companies — where the decisions are real, the stakes are high, and the right technology leader can genuinely change the trajectory of the business. His background combines the strategic depth of extensive work with enterprise technology executives and the builder’s mindset of someone who has started companies from scratch.
